Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and restrictions that apply to the use of Invelo’s products and services, including the dialer and marketing automation tools (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Invelo Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
1.
Prohibited Uses
- Use the dialer to place calls or send messages that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), TRACED Act, FCC rules, or Do Not Call (DNC) regulations;
- Contact individuals without proper consent or in a manner that would be considered unsolicited or spam;
- Send or initiate robocalls, pre-recorded messages, or use auto-dialers without meeting applicable legal requirements;
- Contact numbers on the National or State DNC lists without maintaining your own suppression process or proof of consent;
- Use false, misleading, or spoofed caller ID information;
- Send deceptive, harassing, threatening, or abusive messages or calls;
- Attempt to bypass or disable compliance tools provided by Invelo, including DNC scrubbing or lead status restrictions;
- Use any phone numbers not provisioned or approved through Invelo or its telephony partners;
- Upload, share, or use third-party data without proper authorization or legal basis.
2.
Consent Requirements
- Express written consent where required by law;
- Documentation to support consent or opt-in status;
- Honoring all opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
3.
System Abuse and Security
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
- Circumvent authentication, access controls, or account restrictions;
- Use automated systems to overload or exploit Invelo’s infrastructure;
- Attempt to access or scrape data from the platform without authorization.
4.
Enforcement
- Issuing warnings;
- Temporarily or permanently suspending access to features;
- Terminating your account;
- Reporting activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
