Acceptance of Terms. These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Invelo, Inc. (the "Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use" or “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Invelo website (the "Website"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, including without limitation, the Invelo web application (app.inveloapp.com) and the Invelo Academy (academy.inveloapp.com), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Website or our service. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy found at https://inveloapp.com/privacy, and incorporated herein by reference] If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.
What Does This Policy Cover? This policy applies to information we collect on this Website, and through your use of the Website. This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by our Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), nor does this Policy apply to any third party that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website or the Invelo Platform.
Children Under the Age of 18. Our Website and the Invelo Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this Website or the Invelo Service, or to provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from anyone under 18, we will delete that information.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It. We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website and our Service. We collect such information directly from you when you provide it to us, and automatically when you visit the Website and use the Invelo Service. We currently collect and the following types of information:

(a) Personal Information: This is information that can be used to personally identify you. We currently collect the following elements of Personal Information from you when you register to use the Invelo Service: (i) first and last name; (ii) phone number; and (iii) e-mail address; and (iv) credit card billing address. If you purchase a subscription or service credits, we will collect your payment information and billing address, which are not stored on our servers. You may also provide additional elements of Personal Information when you communicate with us via email.

(b) General Information: General Information includes information that does not identify you as a person, which we collect through automatic data collection technologies. This includes information about your equipment, Internet connection, browsing actions, and usage patterns, including details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website, along with information about your computer or mobile device and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. While General Information does not include personal information, we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect from or about you. The technologies we use for this automatic collection of General Information may include:

(i) Browser Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. How Do We Use the Information We Collect? (b) Personal Information: We may disclose personal information that we collect from or about you to our subsidiaries and affiliates or to contractors, service providers (such as our payment processor, hosting company, and email service provider), and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it is disclosed to them. We may also disclose personal information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by our Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred. - To enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use or our Terms of Service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information. We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: Tracking Technologies and Advertising: We do not offer any response to browser initiated “Do Not Track” requests. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

(b) Promotional Offers: If you do not want to receive promotional emails or text messages from us, you can opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any promotional email or respond to any messages with “Stop.” Note: Opt outs for promotional offers does not apply to account-related matters.

However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information. You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at privacy@inveloapp.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Your California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. In addition, California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls using SSL encryption. Any payment transactions are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and/or Chargebee.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. If you establish an account and have chosen a password, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page, with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
